The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Katie Brown 12-piece tea light candle sets from Meijer Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich. About 7,600 units are involved in the recall. The clear plastic candle holder can ignite, posing a serious burn and fire hazard to consumers.
